Property in Las Vegas can range from 20k to well into the many millions and it is finding the right price point that works the best. I have walked through many homes in Las vegas over the past two years and there is a real difference in getting the right location! Homes around 70k as a foreclosure works best with capital appreication, cash flow and being in the right location.
