Cash Flow Gold Terms

Service Fee

Cash Flow Gold must be paid in full before closing on any transaction and will terminate any and all property purchases if not complied with, a professional service agreement must be signed and applied to each transaction.

 

Time V Cash

It is much cheaper to buy direct from the bank, for a start you are buying at market face value and you can't do better than that anywhere, when it comes to bank foreclosures. The down side however is sometimes it can take time and having 2-3 offers in at once can and will speed the process along considerably.

 

Property Selection

Cash Flow Gold takes all possible care when selecting your potential investment property. We have staff on the ground personally working for us ensuring the properties meet our strict criteria before being presented to you.

 

Disclaimer

We make every effort in providing you all possible information relating to investment properties including personal opinion, internet data, video, pictures, city tax information and much more. Please note in some cases data can change without notice and you as the buyer should also undertake your own due diligence with every purchase, including assessing your own tax position and structure, ability to buy and assess your own return numbers as needed on every purchase.

You are the investor and although we provide support and as much reliable data as possible the risk as with every investment lies with the investor to ensure what they are buying meets their needs, is what they want and all additional due diligence has been completed by yourself.

 

Refund Policy

Professional Services Agreement: Once started we are not in a position to offer a refund at any stage, we will however work with you to find property even if it has to be delayed up to 12 months regardless of any internal price increase.

 

Property Tour & Event  Terms

  • Cash Flow Gold reserves the right to change or cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond its control. Should change or cancelation prove necessary, we will give you reasonable notice thereof, in the circumstances, and where available, offer you a comparable alternative.
  • If an alternative is not available or acceptable, you will be entitled to either a full refund of monies paid by you to or a Credit if desired by you.
  • If the change or cancelation is due to force out of our control (i.e. circumstances like political unrest, airline or airport strike, war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, closure of airports, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, natural disasters, fire, epidemic or health risk, Acts of God, adverse weather conditions or other similar events beyond Cash Flow Gold control) we will give a full refund of any monies paid to us, less reasonable expenses incurred by us in respect of your booking.
  • There are no general refunds provided at anytime.
  • Property events and tours allow you to see the real deals and experiences, these tours, events and professionals are apart of the Cash Flow Gold Network and therefore if you decide to harness these for your own investing needs you would need to complete our Professional Service Agreement and comply with it's terms. Agreement provided upon request.

 

Website Access

Website access will be valid for six (6) months from last purchase unless there is an intention to buy more property and actions is underway to that affect.

 

Support

Cash Flow Gold provides the best support service for US property anywhere, with full time staff involved in selection, data collection and meeting investors needs in a timely manner. If the need for additional support should arise it is advised that the investor undertakes initial correspondence (telephone / email) with the party in question as we are not a management company ourselves however we can get involved to resolve any issues at any time.
